The topic of finance carries a significant approach in small and medium sized business. A business is all about selling of products and services whereas finance is all about management of funds. Allocation of funds, debtors, creditors, payments, expenses, cost control, budget and profits are all part of finance. Companies maintain financial department only to keep the company in a safe and secured position. This is because, a finance department is always working on the cost control measures to maintain the profits of a company. In fact finance department is the key department in every company.
