Who require finance?

Finance is required by every small and big organization. In fact without the requirement of finances, companies or businesses cannot perform their business operations. For instance in real estate sector, if a commercial complex has to be constructed, it requires huge finances and each segment of construction which includes raw materials, workers, labor, contractors and managers have to work collectively to complete the project of construction. Therefore, finances are required both for construction and for making the payment to the workers. This way every small and medium sized business or a small proprietary concern carries its own requirement of finances to carry on its business.
