Employees are very much like multiple hands that work for the productivity of your business and therefore you have to be very particular about what kind of people you are hiring to work for you. Though, you leave out the decision to the Human Resource department who makes the final decision of who should work and who should not. You can still go ahead and do background check of the employees working for you because each employee might not reveal the truth about their personality and other problems that they have. You can even go for a one to one conversation with the employees if your company does not have hundreds of employees.
